Chop scallion and set aside.

Add salt and pepper. If you don’t like black pepper powder, you don’t have to add it.
Add the cornstarch and mix well.
Roll the mashed potatoes into balls, this step requires a little patience.
Put enough oil in the pan (preferably can over the ball), heat until almost boiling, and put in the ball.
Deep fry until the ball discoloration, can be removed. eating with green onion, the taste is not so greasy.
