I am very busy these days, so i seldom cook. Today I found time to make a simple vegetable dish, Fried shredded potatoes. If you’ve recently gotten tired of meat, this dish might be for you. And, very simply, you can cook it, even if you just learn Chinese recipes recently.
Prepare the ingredients, two potatoes, garlic amount, dry chili amount, sichuan peppercorns amount. If you don’t like spicy food, chilies and sichuan peppercorns can be removed.
Peel and shred potatoes, mince the garlic and dried chilli.
Heat the oil in the wok, add the sichuan peppercorns and dried chilli and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the potatoes and stir-fry well.
Add salt before serving and stir-fry well.
