This is a light recipe that will help you clear your bowels if you ate a heavy meal earlier. Black fungus and broccoli help clear excess fat from the gut, and shrimp help replenish the protein we consume.
By the recipe name, the ingredients seem to be shrimp, broccoli and black fungus. But I added more ingredients, yam and carrots. Because this will have more vegetables ingredients, to better clean up the purpose of the intestinal tract. Of course, you can without using them, or replace with other vegetables. The cooking step won’t change much.
Wash shrimp and remove shell, with cooking wine, egg white, starch, salt mix evenly, marinate.
Soak the black fungus in warm water for a while, then tear it into pieces for later use.
Cut broccoli, wash carrots, ginger and yams, peel and slice.
Heat the wok, add cooking oil, add ginger slices and stir-fry, then pour in the preserved shrimp, stir fry for a while, then remove out into a plate for later use.
Use the remaining oil in the wok to continue to stir fry carrot slices, mountain tablets, and add soy sauce and salt.
Add the broccoli and stir-fry.
Then add the shrimps, pour in the chicken essence and stir-fry.
All done, a delicious light but nutritious delicious fresh out of the wok.
